Sharon's Artichoke Dip
A real crowd pleaser. Original recipe had crab in it too, but as it evolved, the crab became, 'Why bother?'In a Large Mixing / Mixer Bowl combine:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cans artichoke hearts quartered - We used the big Costco / marinated jar recently; 2-1/2 cups of that worked fine, but we rinsed them pretty good first
- 2-3 cups mixed cheese grated - We tend to use 3 cups (cheddar/colby/jack)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teas dill - Todd hates dill, so he's been known to delete / halve the amount if he's around....
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
Blend all ingredients together with a mixer, place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with crackers, bread rounds, whatever.
