Sharon's Lemon Coconut Bars Recipe
Mix base layer together and press dough into a 13” x 9” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden. Prepare topping.
Combine ingredients and spread evenly over cooled butter cookie base. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes until edges are golden. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, or spread with icing below:
