Sharon's Wedge Brownie Recipe

This recipe is really a celebration of the Nordic Ware Brownie Wedge Pan. This is an unusual "gimmick" pan where each individual brownie resides in its very own cavity (like a cupcake). The result is each brownie has equal parts moist and chewy.

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Stir mixture until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix eggs and sugar until smooth, stir in Vanilla.

Add flour, salt and melted chocolate mixture; stir until just combined. Stir in nuts.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Making these brownies is more enjoyable with the Oxo Small Cookie Scoop . Two scoops per cavity is perfect.

I use two Nordic Ware Triangular Brownie Pans or you can use a 13 x 9 inch pan. Grease and flour pan or I use Pam Baking spray which has flour in it. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until edges are done and center are set. Cool in pan.
